Tory Woollcott is a cartoonist, writer, literacy educator and advocate who lives in Toronto. Her first graphic novel, Mirror Mind, was an autobiographical memoir about growing up with dyslexia. Tory has since written and drawn other autobiographical comics, fairy tales for kids, and a sci-fi audio drama. Tory runs comic making and dyslexia awareness workshops, and has done so with the Toronto District School Board, Toronto Public Library, and Little Island Comics, to name a few. Tory’s latest work is called Science Comics: The Brain.
