
Tia McGraff is an internationally-renowned, award-winning singer-songwriter, podcast host, and gifted children’s author of, Jake The Road Dawg. Accompanied by life and musical partner, Colorado native, Tommy Parham, the two met and married while living in Nashville, TN and have toured the world sharing their gift of Songs’n’Tails at festivals (Festival of Friends, Hamilton), schools (Hillesley Public School, UK), libraries (Niagara Falls Public Library) and art galleries (Norfolk County Arts).

Apart from their own podcast show, Jake’s Place Songs’n’Tails, which focuses on animal rescue and singer-songwriters, Tia and Tommy have created a live performance event for schools, libraries, book stores, and pet venues. Each ‘Songs’n’Tails’ event lasts 45 minute, includes an author reading, songwriting performance, Q&A and is followed by a meet’n’greet book sale and pawtagraphs.
Tia has helped raise funds and awareness for her local chapter of The Dolly Parton Imagination Library, The Niagara SPCA- Humane Society and was nominated for Author Of The Year for the 2019 Kingdom Image Awards. Recently Tia created two initiatives near and dear to her heart. She has teamed up with Boreal Pet Food and together they are donating copies of Jake The Road Dawg to Humane Societies and Animal Shelter to include in their Rescue Reader programs. Tia is also donating Jake The Road Dawg, knitted bears to local Nursing Homes for Dementia patients who don’t receive visitors.
