Join Charlene Chua for an interactive outdoor drawing activity.  Did you know that Charlene is the illustrator who created our Telling Tales illustration for this year?  

Charlene has illustrated many things over the years for kids of all ages. Her illustration work has won several awards, while books she has illustrated have been nominated for USBBY Outstanding International Books, OLA Best Bets, Shining Willow Award, and Kirkus Best books. Charlene has just written and illustrated her first book, Hug!

Join Paul Covello as you learn to draw winter animals inspired by his latest title, I Am a Polar Bear.

Paul is the best-selling author and illustrator of several picture books for young readers, including Canada ABC, Canada 123 and Canada Animals among other beloved titles.


Ruth Ohi

Join Ruth Ohi as she shows viewers a drawing activity inspired by her latest book, Fox and Squirrel Help Out.

Ruth has illustrated more than fifty children’s books—several of which she has also written, including Fox and Squirrel. Her books have been nominated for many prestigious awards, including the Blue Spruce and the Governor General’s Award.
